How it works

  • After initial discussions, we will arrange a time to visit the property and put together a quotation which includes a breakdown of items included.

  • From there, we will forward through a schedule of works detailing when and how the work will be carried out and select a suitable time frame.

  • Asbestos testing may be required. If your property is found to contain asbestos within the areas requiring refurbishment, we will put together a detailed report and costing for removal of the material.

  • Renovation applications are completed and submitted to Body Corporate for approval.

  • Once approved, deposits are paid and the work begins. We will be onsite overseeing the projects from day one and you will be sent regular updates on how the renovation is progressing until it’s completed.

  • And tah-dah your beautiful new property awaits you!

  • As well as the design work, we book in and coordinate all tradespersons and project manage the renovation onsite from start to finish, ensuring there is no stone left unturned. We will also keep you up to date of how it’s progressing throughout the entire renovation.

  • Yes, all tradesmen we work with are fully licensed and insured and we can provide copies of these documents to you at any time.

  • Yes absolutely, Annika likes to ask lots of questions and works closely with you to design the ideal space.
